Just learnt intestinal obstruction with this. What I did was type down the notes in Apple Notes while watching the youtube videos. that's it. u need to format it a little based on tab hierarchy. And u gotta export Apple Notes as PDF. This is like killing two birds with one stone: first pass and decks.
